Where the dealership can improve is in answering the phones. Every time I call I go through a loop of selections, only to get another recording saying everyone is busy and to be put on hold is a bit frustrating. Consider having a dedicated operator answering the phones who can forward a call . Sometimes we just want to leave a message for our service advisor and this could save so much time. Thank you

Very dishonest and unhelpful. Took my car for only a service not only they broke my engine they also didn’t take any responsibility, or offer any assistance . Not to mention charged me a ton of money, very very unsatisfactory. They didn’t treat me or my car in a professional way
