Mark is my favorite service advisor. Always kind always takes care of me and the multitude of problems plaguing my CPO 300 4matic. At this point I hope the dealership will understand how someone could loos confidence in the cpo program and will partner with me to make this righty. I plan to work with Steve P to get into something more reliable. My car has been in the dealership for 2 months out of the 14 months of ownership. Technician Roberto is amazing tin his skills and ability to fix ailing MB’s like mine. Little disappointed my MB was return so dirty. Interior was full of kick marks and mechanics grunge. I love you guys you’re all cool people but need you to partner with me on a solution out of my present model. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you or at least empower Steve P to make me a deal.
