The check in person was not friendly. I was told to wait in the lobby for my service person and after 10 minutes I was told they were all out to lunch. I was asked to fill out a form and someone would call me. No one called me and after 2 hours I called and was told someone would call me again. No one called me. I bought my car there and I’m in the market for a new car and after yesterday would not buy a car there.
