Steven was great. Lots of issues with the team there. I paid extra for the premium car wash - which is already pathetic for Mercedes dealership. Walnut Creek never charged me. I show up to get my car. I ask the cashier if my car received the premium car wash. He was very confident that It had. I go to my car. The outside was washed the inside was not. I tell this to the man at the greeting desk. He acts like he doesn’t believe me and double checks. So rude. I now have to wait for the car wash. Steven made sure the car was quickly washed and I wasn’t late to a business meeting. However the car wash was pathetic. Chevron does a better job. Oh, and someone gave me a free water bottle while I waited. Nice gesture but the team down there (besides Steven) needs to get their act together for a Mercedes dealership. Steven mentioned a free car detail if I come back which is nice but what I really want is a great experience like I use to have in Walnut Creek.

Traci Crespo is outstanding in her role. She builds relationships, trust and gets the job done. She always picks up her phone, checks in when she says she is going to and gets to know the customer and the cars needs well. Please give her a raise she deserves it. Also this is the best customer service rep I experienced at marin Mercedes since I had the car serviced there since 2002
Went in because check oil light went on. Wasn’t told it would take 2 hours. Given car back with writing on it, hood open light went off, and so did check oil light! Worse then a waste of 2 hours! Called the manager and he laughed.
Did not authorize charges- no contact from advisor during repairs unless I made the call.I was a hour and 1/2 late for my appointment and was told when I called that appointments were to drop off car and they would get to them when they could,that was the way it is at this dealership and all the other places she has worked-sorry not buying it,I have been doing this for 40 years and that is the 1st time I have ever had someone define appointment that way.Was texted that car is done an there is a 485.00 charge with out my authorization.will take to fhe manager to resolve

Tracey was lovely, patient and very helpful.
Noah was very pleasant and courteous even after I informed her my CPO Mercedes was still under warranty and there should have been no cost for the maintenance service.
Also, she had to send my car back to have the carpets cleaned even after I specially asked to have them cleaned during the initial visit. When I returned home, the truck compartment had not been vacuumed.
These details may not seem important, but they are with regards to customer service and customer confidence that the work is being done correctly and thoroughly, especially at a Mercedes Benz Dealership.
