Leaks still persist and nothing was done to solve any of my issues. The service center took my car for over a month and did nothing but create more leaks. I don’t trust Mercedes Benz of Marin and will be letting anyone I know not to bring any business to that facility because of the poor customer service and failure to serve customers correctly.

I was told that I would receive a call letting me know when the replacement air bag .. a recall issue .. would be available, it was either in stock or needing to come from Los Angeles. Either way was fine with me as I had a loaner car. Yet, on that Friday I didn't want to be unavailable to pick up my car should all the services be completed. I didn't receive any notice from Steven and had left him a message as we wanted to make dinner plans. Communication is so very important.
Noah was terrific, particularly as a relatively new consultant. Confident, knowledgable and kept me in the loop throughout.
Side note that ”Scott” who drove me from the dealership to my home in Novato was a delight. Thank you.

Traci should be promoted to a supervisory position where she can give them some of her experience while training other reps.
At the least, she should be given a substantial raise to award her superior customer relations ability.
