Traci was a poor example of customer service that I would expect. She was not a good listener and did not listen to my concerns and requests from the direct meeting to the last. She was very defensive even in light omg very kind, respectful and polite demeanor to her. I felt like she felt she could push me around to get her cover up to the issues/failures in this whole event. I Would appreciate a cal l from the owner of Mercedes Marin dealership to hear my concerns as she is a determinant to your brand and values.
I brought my car in on 2/24 at 4 pm for a new battery and left it overnight expecting to pick it Up first thing in the morning as I needed the car that day. Instead car was ready at about 3pm. Steven tried his best to get it done but your system did not allow it. Suggest you review how you prioritize and maybe have some one assigned to small quick jobs.
