Traci was great - however the car was not ready when I arrived to pick it up and had to wait over 40 minutes after they said it was ready. They asked me if I wanted it washed- because it wasn’t done before pick up- I did not have the time to wait- this is always done ahead of time and when it was called to be brought out - they still didn’t do it calling no knee told them! Not the best device today in the back end. The cashier gal was fine- however ....

Service was done as requested. I have notice parking in my driveway last night doing reversed to plug-in my electric n heard strange sound on steering turning left n right, never heard or experience before. Will drive it today n observe if reoccur. Will let you know. Thanks
