I waited for more than 20 minutes to get my car after finishing with the service rep. I had to go back inside after watching 6 cars get pulled out while waiting for my car. Not one of the car runners bothered to ask if I was waiting for my car.
Excellent service. I would rate him a 10 plus if asked. Listens to the client and offers suggestions that you may not have thought of. I would recommend my friends to him without any hesitation. He is a wonderful example of the Mercedes brand. BRAVO!
I want everybody to know that I felt that the staff with Angela’s leader ship was very professional very clean observant safe practicing good safe practices in this time difficult time of ours now but I was treated in the first class manner all employees showed a level of intelligence cooperation I’m very happy with and I look forward to my next interaction
