I also appreciate Natalie from the loan department she was awesome in helping at the beginning when the first loaner was dirty she right away made it right….so comforting I didn’t have to argue and when I returned the loaner she found my daughter’s ring will forever be grateful for that treasure! Great job…Lexus!
