Jackelyne Martinez was great. She was very friendly, willing to answer any and all questions I had and willing to look into the concerns I had about the car.
The pay on line option saved me zero time. I still waited in line . My car was not ready for me at pickup. I did pay for it 30 min before I even arrived. It would have literally been the same amount of time if I simply showed up and paid there. I was disappointed
It was great, my service advisor Francis was informative, helpful and expediant. Couldn’t ask for anything better
Rudy - my service rep was very helpful- answered my questions and when I realized it was going to be a long wait- made sure I was able to get a loaner car. Because it was getting late- dinner time- I called Rudy and asked if I heard correctly that I could return the car the next day. He said absolutely. I returned the car the next day - no problems.

This was a big repair, worried about short supply of parts and not having my car for next many days….but Man as usual provided a great service by updating me three times before work was completed. Very happy to pick up my car, very grateful to Mr Wong.
I talk to James and explain the problem with the AC and rims and he told me that he will be take care and my car will be ready Monday 11/1 but he call me Saturday 10/30 to let me know the can't fix the rims because they are busy, he not even try to reschedule a day to fix my rims because I ask him in the phone went they can fixed and he'answer was oh you have the protection plan you can bring the car anytime later , I'm very disappointed with the services of him this as services it can't the deal went I buy my car
I ordered a car detail and my phone charger was missing from my car at pickup, a manager outside helped me look through my car and saw that the charger was nowhere to be found. I later received two calls assuring me that it was in the center compartment, it was not. At about 4:27pm when I called again to report my coin tray missing, I was told that my charger was actually there along with my coin train and my hand sanitizer. Still waiting for a call about the items being dropped off as promised.
I asked for my dome light to be checked because when the switch is on "on when doors open," it does not light up, not sure if it is a two light bulb system, it does turn on when on "on." The invoice lets me know the technician did not even check it as it talks about left-center-right setting for the switch, this car has a left-doors open & right-on setting only, so the light still does not turn on when set on doors open.
Man was great. Very helpful and followed up so I knew what the process was for the day.
