No, no. That car only had 1/4 tank full of gas and was dirty and sloppy. His attitude was like he was a macho man snd it was ro hard to smile.

This is highly unusual. I waited over 45 minutes for my rental car. Normally. The wait time is less than 10 minutes. I'm thinking this may be an isolated incident.
