Made an appointment for 9:00am and expeditiously processed. I enjoyed the efficient and professional Francis Saldana. Unfortunately my car was not returned to me until 12:45pm. Not acceptable for an 80,000 miles service.

Super long line to get checked in (sat in my car for 15 minutes) before I could drop it off for service. I was 30 mini early for my appointment-but was still 10 min late for a work meeting- Longo needs to make sure they only make appointments for the staffing they have to service customers Then…When I checked out, my AAA discount was not applied (even though I mentioned it at checkin). When I asked how long it would take to rerun my paperwork, the front desk person asked the clerk who would NOT give an answer - just “we will get to it, but we can’t tell you how long”. I said “ 5 min or 20 min?…”I’m sorry we can’t tell you- she will get to it.” I thought that was a pretty condescending answer…and I did not feel like I was valued as a customer- seriously.,, you can’t tell me if it’s going to be five minutes or 20 minutes??? (Especially after it was not my fault that the discount was not applied —even though I had asked it to be applied?? So once again I had to wait). Car was serviced fine Rudolfo was very nice and polite But rest of the experience was horrible

Michael helped me tremendously by checking to see if there was an available loaner, even though the schedule said there wouldn’t be. Luckily there was one I was able to take which made my day much easier.

Mr Wong has been our service advisor for many years, and he he takes care of our cars needs in proper manner. His communication skill is exceptional. There are many advisors there at your company, he is always sincere to the customer like me.
