I am disappointed that concierge service did not include flat bed pick up, that the driver did not wear a mask while driving my vehicle (although I was assured they would), that my vehicle seat and steering wheel were not covered for the driver, that the car wash did not include vacuuming, and that I found grease/oil on the interior of my door (maybe from the driver's hands?).
