I satisfy with the service tanks
Upon returning my loaner car the lady who checked in my car made a big deal about 1/8” of the gas that was supposedly less than 5/8 of the tank. I explained to her that had only driven 36 miles (mostly freeway) and I filled up with 1 1/4 gallon of gas but still told me that Longo will charge $7.75 for it so I took it myself and filled with an extra 1 1/4 gallon of gas at this point the tanks was over 3/4, so I fill up with 2 1/2 gallon of gas to drive 36 miles on a Lexus UT which didn’t make sense at all. And took them almost an hour to bring my car, very dissatisfied.

Robin Ho provided great service. Only thing was that it took so long to have my vehicle brought back to me. People who came after me were getting their vehicles ahead of me. A lead person or supervisor noticed I was waiting for a while and asked for my paperwork and looked something up on the computer. Then 2 more attendants asked to look at my papers! Finally, the 3rd person brought my car to me! I asked what happened and he said it wasn’t parked where the system said it would be. But he was kind and apologetic .i waited patiently for almost an hour
