I waited for a bit over an hour just to see a service representative. The receptionist showed me that my name was checked off the clipboard as though I had met with someone. This was very disappointing and frustrating.

I waited and 1 1/2 to see the advisor while having an appointment at 1:30 didn’t see the advisor until 2:45. During COVID times they should only service vehicles with appointments. I did not want to wait in the lobby area that long that is why I made an appointment.
