First of all, the attendant did NOT notify me that my car was ready until I felt it was ridiculous to wait so long and went outside to check. It probably wasted 30 minutes of my time on a busy Friday afternoon. Second, the car was covered with a thick layer of dust. I asked how long it would take to re-wash the car, “ Is it going to be another hour?” The response was “I don’t know.” wIth an attitude. I went back to the waiting room and was lucky to see my advisor Edgar who just came back. He helped me to ensure that my car could be washed promptly. After I got my car back, I found it had dirty standing water on the trunk ledger from washing the car. I had to wipe it off with paper towers twice that were provided in the drop off area. This was the worst experience I had with any dealership for the last 40 years in Los Angeles. The pickup service workflow and attendants’ attitude definitely need lots of improvements.
He (David) was very courteous and professional.

James was great. He did not push any services that were not needed at this time unlike prior services. He serviced the car ahead of schedule and delivered and picked up on time. Thank you!

Jim Palmer has always been fantastic! I do have a problem with the loan car personal at the counter. He had me seated to be called, but some ladies came later than me and he took care of them before me. I have been a customer of Longo for about 20 years and I hope the service department at the loan car division will improve.

All were good, except car wash. I was waiting for car wash for a while, but it was dry with some water spots when the lady drove my car out; and the inside windshield looked messy than before
