Robin Ho makes the whole car conundrum seem like a walk in a park. He is efficient and does his best to get your car serviced in a timely manner. Robin is knowledgeable, keeps you informed during the entire process, and offers sound advice when asked. Taking your car in for maintenance can seem a bit daunting at times, but Robin does his absolute best and treats customers like actual humans - rather than numbers. I wish more Service Consultants were like Robin. I will definitely be returning to Longo Lexus - especially when you have a guy like Robin Ho working laboriously to provide the most optimal service experience.
