Good service overall from everyone that I encountered at the dealership! One suggestion; porter should have stayed on top of her/his game to bring the vehicle back to me in a timely manner when work was completed. It was a long wait for me to bring the car back to me in the end...

Frank Lorusso provided satisfactory service, but I am disappointed in the maintenance performed. If the invoice indicated that my window motor may need replacement, they should have replaced it then. Instead I get stuck with a $350 bill for a re-time. I'm sure the need to replace it will come very soon. In addition, there were greasy fingerprints left on the car and window!

I was very pleased with the service on this day, from the moment I drove up the staff was wonderful. The valet was very professional, to my service advisor, to the you he man that assisted me with a loan car, my visit with the sales man Sergio, to the moment I returned to pick up my car! Thank you fir offering great customer service!

One of the issues I brought up was not addressed. The service advisor was harder to get hold of than a needle in a haystack.
Mr. Edgar was very helpful and did his best explaining to me why 90,000 miles checkup is more expensive.He texted me as soon as my car was ready. Refreshing to deal with another advisor after few years with same advisor.
