Always appreciate being assisted by Edgar. I always get outstanding customer service. He always follows up and this time before I could even dial to ask about the the message I received that my car was ready and that I had the option to pay online, he called to see if i had any questions. Amazing!

I commend your Service team specially Francis who facilitated the service done earlier than the estimated time of completion. He made extra effort offering me a car instead of waiting. Furthermore, he explained the results of the tests that the mechanic did and was assured the safety driving my vehicle.

- Careless service. Giving an estimate without even looking at the problems - I felt the adviser did not want to hear me. I had feeling of he discriminate because of my spoken English. - He did not show enthusiasm help me for a courtesy vehicle. I had to ask my to go and picked me up. - just one option for me to choose to have my tire replaced. - Very bad experience. Disappointed. Shame for Lexus.
