I was disappointed that I got there first and had to finally speak up even though I had an early appointment. Other than that every 5hing went well.
When I arrived to the service center, they marked my car window, and then other cars arrived and they took 6 cars ahead of me. I flagged down an employee to inform them. The woman said, oh yeah other cars did go before you. So when the service writer wrote up the paper work . I told him what had happened he said, he would tell the supervisor. The service writer told me again when I paid for my car that he told the supervisor, but I felt I had to wait longer for my car, because those cars went ahead, I felt I should have been given a discount or something for the inconvenience. Also my radio was changed and a setting on my car was changed. It would be nice if my car setting were not disturbed in the future.
No car wash as promised. Car was pick up dirty conditioned .
His attention was excellent
