Frank Lorusso was friendly, respectful, and sensitive to our needs and situation. He helped us to know what repair was urgent and what honestly could wait. He gave us a decent price, had the car washed at my request, and also provided a loaner car, which I really needed since I had few other options. Overall he was a blessing, and it made me more open to going to the dealer for repairs and service.

Hi Man, Just got a $7.75 charge to my credit card for fuel. I know that this is not your doing, but I do think it is crummy that Lexus charged me for $7.75 worth of fuel. I had to drive from Whittier to El Monte and Brea for a commitment and back, and be inconvenienced for two manufacturer's recalls, which I have no control over. Just seems wrong to me.
