John was good on updating about our car. I wish service was faster. I waited over 45min waiting to pick up my car. Why was it so long just for a pick up?

Michael Chico is the BEST!!! He helped me within a timely matter and made the process so simple and easy! Michael also directed me to get a rental car when I didn’t know i had that option; Michael definitely saved my day that day with saving me some time instead of waiting. Definitely going to ask for his services next time I GO!!

Your car should be ready when you send the text saying the work is done. I unnecessarily had to wait roughly 30 minutes to get my car after arriving a Longo Lexus. Recommend not contacting customer until the car is actually ready.
