Longo Lexus Auto Repair Service

Everyone was great , but the guy that gave me my car keys to my rx350. He wasn't a very understanding person. Just because of him iam going to stop doing business with longo lexus. He gave me 2 options either pay or never borrow a loner car from you guys. Just because the loner car smell like smoke. When I first picked up the car no in your team told me I could or couldn't smoke in the car. The employee told me I should ve read all the paperwork before I toke the loner car. Yes I should ve , but in reality 90% of the people don't even bother reading the whole dam paperwork most just sign on the X . Begin said if I knew I couldn't smoke in the loner car , I wouldn't of. Your employee couldn't understand my situation. All he did was pay up for full details on loner car or never borrow a loner car again. So you tell me , if you were on my shoes, given those 2 options. Would you still do business with me again or just go somewhere else thats more understanding of the situation. Iam still waiting for a manger to give me a call back , and still haven't received one
