Frank was great. The only problem I had was the length of time I was in the car line for service, the long wait inside to see Frank and then the long wait for a loaner car. Of these three the most frustrating was arriving on time for my appointment to then sit and wait in a loooong line of cars.

Mr. Yang was very friendly, and warm. He kept me abreast of what was going on with my car. Informed me of the services that would be provided. He told me about a form ,which he completed , that had to be given to DMV when I register my car next year. I think you should give him a very nice bonus.
