First time dealing with Francis who was recommended by my neighbor. We will be moving future service from our previous Lexus dealer to longo Lexus. Francis was able to get the vehicle in, and serviced on a moments notice where our other dealer was over a week out for an appointment. Thank you Francis and the rest of the longo Lexus team for great service.
