Beau was wonderful during my complete service experience. Unfortunately the mechanics couldn’t determine why there’s a strange clicking type sound the engine makes when it is cold. I do have a case filed with the corporate office In case there is a future problem .

Because the service advisor did not study his own work, he did the invoice for oil change for RX 330 2006 cost me $191.00 then I ask him double check for me please then I went to check and come out only $131.00 I think it is not fair to customers!
