The Longo Lexus team takes care of their customers, unlike any other competitors; Toyota, even Honda, which we have a family of Honda’s since 2006 - 2017. Longo Lexus provides complimentary car wash and fill your tank. Now, that’s above and beyond service we love to experience. Thank you to Mr. Palmer. He is a professional as he follows up on current maintenance and remembers what needs to be monitored on our RX 330. I am sure it is running well due to his attention to detail as a service to the customer. His excellent work represents Longo Lexus well.

I was satisfied with Kelly but not with the estimate I received to repair my vehicle. In all the years that I have had my vehicles service at Longo Lexus I never felt as if though I was being taken advantage this time I did. The estimate I received for the repair was exorbitant as well as disheartening. Ed M
