Very professional service
While this is the first time that I've visited Longo Lexus' service department, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Jennifer for her outstanding service. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes; and had my claim approved by the warranty within three hours. That's fast!
The 2019 GSF is my fifth Lexus. I've been to multiple Lexus dealerships in the past and Jennifer is by far the most efficient and helpful SA I've encountered.

My service representative was wonderful. I have nothing but nice things to say about him. I am on my 4th Lexus and have had all of them serviced at Longo. My problem was the time it took me to get the loaner car. I have almost always gotten a loaner car and have never experienced the problems that I had yesterday. It took me longer than an hour to just get the car. At one point I asked them to return my car that was in for service just so I could get out of there. It was a very frustrating experience. Call me if you want further information.
Overall it was a good experience. It did seem that service charge for a simple oil change increased in price. But I did like that your agent was on top of it and knew about the oil change special, I appreciated that.
