I am impressed by the safety procedures implemented. Nice job. If anything, perhaps the loaner vehicle pickup could be streamlined. I estimate I waited about 20 minutes to half an hour even though there weren't as many customers there as usual.

The service was great. Despite the fact that the car came out with a crack in its front windshield, David Parada, stepped in and took care of it in a very professional matter. I will definitely be coming back for more of my Lexus needs.
