I came in for a FULL detail and it looked like a $5.00 wash. Absolutely horrible. I had to come out from Tarzana so I came early so I could make it to work in time and ended up being LATE. First of all, The car wasn’t ready. Took them 15 mins to find it. They came to me and asked “oh is it a detail”? Isn’t that on the paperwork you guys have? So they were looking for 15-20 mins Trying to find the car. But, thats nothing compared to the “detail”. When they brought the car, it looked like it was simply a drive through wash, smears all over the hood, water spots on the back, frame of the sunroof is filthy, the pedals are filthy and all kinds of marks and stuff in the interior that wasn’t cleaned. I expressed my displeasure and they brought the detail manager, he agreed it didn’t look good, took it again and when he brought it back it was still filthy on pedals, I asked him how come after 2 times they couldn’t clean it and he said “ he didn’t have enough time”. Are you kidding me? You guys called me to pick up the car, told me the car was ready. And wasted my time when I got there and didn’t make good on your word to fully detail the car. I’m a salesman myself and your word is suppose to mean something. I’m incredibly disappointed and upset with my experience at your shop today. Too bad I can’t attach pics so that you could see what I’m referring to.

Client should be notified via email that free services such as oil change or any other services that were during purchase or lease of the vehicle has an expiration dates, also staff that are assigned in the reception area should be accommodating and be professional when dealing with their service guest
