I think the loaner pick up service can be improved. It took me almost an hour to get a loaner despite that there were only three customers in front of me. The staff seems to be slow and unmindful when multiple customers are waiting.

My car was never worked on. Rene went to lunch without letting me know the status of my car. After lunch he was outside joking around with other employees. Regina forced me to pay. They never worked on my car. Rene was unreliable. The guy in front Omar was belittling me and calling me a ****. Sheila kept trying to throw me to other employees. They all knew they messed up and didn’t even apologize. Now I still need an oil change and 3 hours of my life was waisted waiting there. My family has been with you for 18 years. We have bought 5 cars there in that 18 years. You guys just lost a good customer. My mom is currently buying a car from you. I’m trying to make her return it. Also I’m taking this to the Internet. I want everyone to know what a shady business you people are running.
