David did good however appointment was at 10:30 saw David at 11:00 a little long of a waiting time got my car back at 2:00 total of 31/2 hours for a simple 5000 miles check and my oil was not even changed that was very bad service will never be back I drove in from Indio to have the service done by longo will not do that again for future services

I was very pleased with the service I received. They really seemed to care and I will be a returning customer. After my poor experience at Lexus of Cerritos where I’ll never go back, this was a pleasant surprise.

Fast service is great service. Prior to being helped by David, I waited half an hour just to be called. I think the wait could’ve been shorter. But, David was good and took care of business.
