I have been dissatisfied with your concierge stafff on my latest visits. I have been bringing my Lexus vehicles to Longo for over 15 years (purchased both vehicles from Longo as well). Your concierge staff tends to be very young individuals who need more training with regards to customer service (which is why I have come to your location for all these years). Don’t loose what your customer value by hiring younger people that you can pay less (and not have to pay benefits). Mann Wong has been a staple to your establishment for years. It’s the service I receive from him that has kept me coming back. I trust what he tells me and he is an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE and I hope a valued member of your team.
