The trunk light (internal illumination) is still not working. I was messaged everything would be taken care of.” A starting price of around $375 was quoted to me just to diagnose the problem. Given that the car is only 5 years old, to have such a basic electrical issue does not align with Lexus’ reputation for quality. I would have expected Lexus to honor repairing the trunk light. I would be willing to pay for parts but the labor should be borne from Lexus.
