Team focused on safety while continuing customer service. One suggestion: eval “express cashier” signage. Nothing at fron entrance, had to ask for directions (employee assisted). Only sign was 8x10 oncdesk of express cashier. Thank you

Francis was a great service advisor and made things very convenient. He goes above and beyond.
Not the advisors fault. But whoever checked me in marked me as a walk in when I had an appointment for 1pm...i waited over and hour before I got service. I just needed to drop off the car. Get a loaner and leave... Worst experience ever. Upon pick up of my car they brought the wrong car to me too! Service here is slacking but again this is not the advisors fault...
The only issue I had was the wait time.
Had a 7 AM appointment for oil change and didn’t leave until 10:45.
Besides that I’m always satisfied with Lingo.
Mr. Palmer is very nice person. He is very knowledgeable, professional and always kept us informed . He gave us needed updates regarding the progress of the work done in both of our Lexus.

David has always been very help when I go there. But I do recommend you look at the way the staff that receive the vehicles that needs alot of work that is not organized correctly people are have been waiting get serviced last then the ones that just arrived I recommended you look at that.

2 hours and 45 mins with an appointment and no car wash is a very disappointing experience.

Kelly Yang was my service mgr. he explained the process and provided a time estimate for completion. My car was finished on that time.
I was at Longo twice in October. First yome I replaced all 4 tires, and second time was to replace a tire that was not repairable (nail in sidewall). Neither time was my car washed, yet i was told it would be.
