First I do want you to know how happy I was to see how beautifully your technician did to make My scratched up wheels look brand new! They were so badly scratched up, I didn’t think there was any hope of frestoring then. I truly appreciate the fine workmanship that was done. The only thing I was disappointed in was that you don’t seem to wash the cars when I pick them up. The loaner was so dirty, it was hard to see out of the windshield . I was also surprised that my car was covered with film and dust. It, too, was hard to see out to drive.Also the car was not ready for me when I picked up the car. It was on the Toyota side. After waiting a long while, I was told it had to be brought back to the Lexus side which was a long wait even though we agreed to have it brought to the collision dept. where I asked for an estimate for additional work I wanted done. All this to say I great admire the workmanship here at Longo where I had amazingly great service in the collision dept. when my car was in an accident. I was anticipating the same amazing service, but was disappointed in the service.

Great service, fast and reliable when I comes to notifications. Jennifer was professional and made sure I got everything I needed prior to leaving. I look forward to having her as my service advisor on the future!
