I was very satisfied with the the customer service rendered by Rudy Ayala. It was Christmas Eve and the car repair was completed within hours which allowd me to pick up the car at a reasonable hour and before holiday traffic. Rudy also called me to go over the work completed which allowed for a shorter waiting time to pick up my car. Happy Holidays!

Me in off schedule, getting me a loaner car and repairing the unexpected damage (caused by a rodent!). Since it was Christmas holiday they were flexible with my schedule and the return date of the rental. FIRST CLASS SERVICE AS ALWAYS!
When they say your car is ready it should really be ready. After I dropped off the loaner and paid it took 20 mins for my car to be ready - was told that the car was being washed.
Again when you say car is ready it should already be washed and ready to go.

The service was outstanding.
I purchased an insurance policy through Lexus Longo that was to take care of accidental body damage. I was told they would not take care of it. I don’t understand why if I’m paying for the insurance it should be taken care of. I might as well cancel the insurance if Longo will not take care of it!
In short, Frank is a cut above all the service agents I’ve dealt with in my 40yrs of driving. That’s why I drive from Riverside, because I trust Frank’s recommendations and have come to appreciate his timely communication and consistent follow through.

As far as the service representative Man Wong, yea I am satisfied with the service, however we just got the vehicle back on Saturday and due to the pandemic, I have not get a chance to drive the car more. So as far as the car serviced, we don’t know yet.
Yes I was told to gas up before returning but forgot & was charged 60$. After spending $2000 on service & tires this time & having bought 4 cars from Longo in the past 18 years it just seems petty to charge for gas on a loaner.
I think remember when Longo filled up our tanks when serviced. Other than that small gripe...all service people were excellent.
