Edgar was great! Although I do miss Mike, I hope he is brought back. I was surprised that all of my seat adjustments were reset. When I pushed the button to return it to my set up it had been completely changed. Not sure why this happened, it had not happened before, and this was a very minor service.
Francis always update me what is going on with my vehicle also when is my next service and maintenance. Thank you always great service
They were really disorganized where people can wait while they are waiting to be call, and they didn't washed my car they just cleaned up with a towel because it was a lot of towel marks with dust in the windows and windshield because it was rainy the day before that's why I noticed.
It took almost three hours to be ready just for 100000miles service.

Edgar was very courteous and professional. The check-in process was a 15 minute waiting time, and the car pickup after payment was made to the cashier took long too presumably all the delays were due to the pandemic of limited personnel available. Thanks!
His service was superior. My purse was stolen. He directed me to the insurance co. They paid for new car locks. Saved me $1000!
My service writer, Kelly, was very good. Good info, time table, options, etc. However, my engine compartment got very dirty from the blown hoses. The mechanic could have spent 15 seconds wiping off the stains in the black plastic under the hood, but didn’t. It means a lot to get a clean car ANd a clean-looking engine back as it looks as if something has been done under the hood.
