Rudy was very helpful. When I picked up my courtesy car it needed gas. I must have spent ten minutes trying to find the release lever. I called Rudy and he told me how to open the gas tank. Rudy kept me informed about my car, all aspects, very happy.

He explained in simple terms the problem that occurred with the warning light showing low tire pressure but that the tire pressures were fine. It was the tire pressure sensor that was not working. The tire pressure sensors were replaced & the problem was resolved. Great service rep
