Jim is a very good with customers and explains the items that need attention in terms understandable to all customers. On a different subject. Longo Lexus has done a good job accommodating service customers waiting for their vehicles. The WiFi service in the sales building lobby, facing the service building is terrible. I had two cell phones and one laptop with me. I constantly had to reset my WiFi connection to the Longo Guest WiFi. Signal strength is good, the issue is with gateway drop-outs and DNS problems. I did this in three different places in the Sales building with three devices and same results. Jeff Tomasin

I was little disappointed. I had brought in 2015 RX350 for a transmission oil Flush. When I picked up the car I was told Flush service is done. At home looking at the service papers given to me stated that 3 quarts of transmission fluid was used to drain and refill. Could you please explain why my request to Flush transmission oil was not done. Thanks

Your service staff is one reason why I stay part of the Lexus family. The communication was outstanding with Mr. Wong. I also appreciate the steps taken to keep me us safe thru COVID. Suggestion:. Staff should also wear face shield, and add hand sanitizing machines near steps in waiting area. Finally, appreciated the recall on dash and arm rests. It has made a big difference in my LS.
