My agent was great. She clearly recorded all my statement and handed to the technician. However, the technician couldn’t find anything wrong with my car. The driver seat shifted and 3 doors rattled right after I picked up my car even in your parking lot. I was so upset and tried to monitor the issues. Then I found out the causes of rattling of the 3 doors in 10 minutes: The speaker frame on the back left door is loose and rattles. The window controller panels of the front doors rattle. I’m even able to record the 2 causes in video because the speaker and one of the window controller panels make noise even when I touch them without driving. I compared my driver seat to the front passenger seat and the driver seat is looser and makes noise when I push and pull it. I’m so disappointed that your technician couldn’t even duplicate the problems. I feel I have been brushed off. Now I have to visit you or another dealer again to point out the causes of issues that I easily found out.
