Renee was great. He followed up with me to let me know about any updates with my car. Also, a huge plus, I was able to get a hybrid loaner to test drive as I would love to purchase at the end of summer. Enjoyed my time with the Lexus ES 300h and will be looking to purchase soon. When I picked up my car, I asked Rodolfo did they washed my car, he said machine was broken, but When I took back my car which they washed my car, no team communication. But the most issue was dirty marks & stain my driver side mirror .
