Car wash wasn’t done.
First time ever, dealership did not wash car after service.
I have bought many luxury cars in past.
I called to check the price on a repair, I was quested one price, I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to Longo. After getting there and picking up a rental car, I get a call while I’m on my long journey home to fine out that the price quoted wasn’t an option anymore. The price had gone from $1300 to 4000.00. I picked my car up and dropped it off to a shop that’s fixing it for $1300.00.
Was disappointed with the lingering odor of fuel which I still smell in my garage and inside the vehicle! The car was not washed as promised and then told they ran out of soap really!!

Cost estimate changed from over $3K to less than $800 after complete vehicle
review of temperature control system. As a consumer and not a vehicle trained technician the company could have stayed with the $3K estimate and I would have been unaware. 5 stars for business integrity!
