Francis listened to my concerns and made sure they were all addressed. He kept me informed about the service and beyond if I had additional concerns. I’ve always had excellent service at Longo but this was above and beyond. I would like to partner with Francis again.

Mr Anzaldo welcome us immediately when we pulled up at service line. He was attentive and gave a summary of their current Covid procedures. We were happy to oblige. We did not wait long in the reception area. He explained the services needed to be performed to the vehicle. I’m pleased with the staff at Longo. I’ve been coming here for more than 18 years, even though, there’s another Lexus dealer near my residence.

With the COVID-19 measures in place it takes getting used at how the new service has been implemented. I just wished there was better communication/ and instructions when picking up the vehicle after service completion. The guest waiting room gets crowded when we’re still waiting to pick up our vehicles. It’s hard to maintain social distancing.

The service was excellent. The prices are too high. Service staff attempts to sell very expensive services that aren’t necessarily needed at this time. The work done appears to be excellent too. Loan car experience was not good. Too long wait time. Unreal expectations about insurance docs that were not communicated before I asked for a car.
