I was not happy with the Promise Time to finish at around 12~1 PM but did not get my car until 3PM. Service adviser even advised me to replace a tire which cost about $450 a piece when I bought the Cosmetics Insurance. I did ask to check and replace 1 tire only. Which the tire keep losing air. This service adviser should not be in this position. Very unprofessional.
