The service advisor was nice. But the wait was too long. I have an appointment at noon for an oil change, and I could not get out till 4 p.m. The oil change is not cheap; for $225 I expect a little more respect on my time. I went to a Honda dealer for an oil change recently, and I get in and out within an hour.

Service adviser Jim Palmer was absolutely terrific when we brought our Lexus GS 350 in for service. We appreciate Jim’s professionalism and he kept us informed throughout the the whole process. We will be asking for Jim Palmer as our service advisor for all our service needs at Longo Lexus. On a rating scale of one to ten Jim gets a twelve. Awesome service overall. ????????????????
