The service was great. The only thing I didn’t agree with was that the car was not washed as usual. My car was at the shop for four days and it was dirtier than I left it. My service advisor was gone for the day but another service advisor was glad to take my car through the wash.
James is very professional and is a source of great and useful info for the Longo Lexus brand. Everytime I stop by for services he always make me feel like a VIP.
