Beau is awesome as always! He even stayed late to wait for us because we were stuck in traffic just so he could go over and process all the paperwork for us. Although we have a Lexus dealer near our house, we still drive all the way to Longo Lexus for all of our service needs.....Beau is definitely one of the reasons for us to be a loyal customer at Longo.

Rudy took great care of me. Parts came in on time and Rudy and the service manager helped me with pricing. I recommend everyone I know to either buy a new Lexus with Longo or service their Toyota’s and Lexus at Longo. I am a life long customer. Always satisfied with the service and the way the advisors and staff always take great care of me and my car. 10 stars all across the board.
The car was supposed to be done by3-4 for the oil change and a recall only. The consultant changed the plan and time last minute and was told it will take an hour more and when I was on the way back to dealership. I told him I need to get my car as it had to be somewhere. The car was delivered to me 15 min later than the expected time without the car wash and recall was taken care of. I was not overal happy with the experience
The service was done on time. James Palmer has been the person who has been assisting me with the periodic maintenance of my 3 Lexus car . I am very satisfied with his service.
