Great service: Service advisor kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle; especially, since something happened to my tire while I was traveling to Longo Lexus for my 1st service. John let me know what happened to my tire and provided an Estimated Time of Completion.

My quoted time was grossly incorrect. I was quoted a service time of 2 pm after dropping the car off at 10:30 am. I assumed I would have enough time to reach my afternoon engagement elsewhere in San Gabriel at 3:30. The car wasnt finished until 3:30 I wasn’t even contacted about need extra services (I needed 2 new tires, which I happily spent an extra $500 for) until 1:30pm. I have never had an issue with Longo Lexus until is time. Theres a reason I come here vs Southbay Lexus. Im regret taking the loaner car and will just waiting for the service next time if it means I receive better communicated and quicker service.

Everything was good but unfortunately I was unable to get a car wash after spending over $1000 on this maintenance visit for my Rx350. I was told the equipment was being replaced.
