My car did not reach 30,000 miles and the serviceman recommended I should do the 30,000 maintenance service instead of just the regular maintenance. It costs me $700+ dollars. This is not helpful at all. I feel like I got rid off by the service. In addition, my car is more dirtier than before I bring it in. Not satisfied at all this time.

Customer service was great. But the front door assistants are not. Even there were 6-7 people there. But most of them were chatting or playing their phones. I had to wait almost 5 minutes in my car. Finally , someone approached me to check in. I really missed the Asian girl. She was so helpful and energizing a few months ago.
